Setting off for the Dolomites means taking time for yourselves, leaving behind the everyday bustle and getting immerged into an extraordinary world, where the unspoilt Alpine nature still reigns supreme and where every stress yields to the genuine harmony of the splendid mountain scenery.
In order to get the most out of your holiday, we invite you to spend it in Arabba, in the cosy Dolomites Apartments, run with care and passion by the Grones-Dander family. Great location, fascinating views and cordial hospitality are combined here with spacious and relaxing interiors, equipped with every comfort.
Free WI-FI is available in the whole building. Bed linen and towels are provided. Private parking is located in close proximity. Every apartment is also equipped with a private ski locker and a ski boot dryer. A short walk of just 150 m and you are already on the magnificent slopes of Arabba, included into the famous Sellaronda ski circuit, part of the grandiose Dolomiti Superski territory. Settsass Apartment

This apartment’s name was inspired by the Mount Settsass, one of the most charming viewpoints of the Dolomites. Located on the second floor, the apartment offers, indeed, wonderful views over the centre of Arabba with Porta Vescovo and Col di Lana in the background. At your disposal there are two triple bedrooms and an ample living room, composed of a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer, moka, drip coffee maker, Nespresso® coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, WC and bidet. Other facilities include satellite SMART TV 43 inches, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, safe and a panoramic south-facing balcony.

Marmolada Apartment

Located on the first floor, this ample apartment was named after the highest mountain of the Dolomites, her majesty Marmolada, the queen-peak, always crowned with a snow-white diadem of the glacier. The apartment features three bedrooms: two triple ones and a twin one with the possibility to add one more bed. The spacious living room is connected with the kitchen, equipped with a dining area, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer, moka, drip coffee maker, Nespresso® coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. One of the two bathrooms features a bathtub, the other one has a shower. Satellite SMART TV 43 inches, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and a safe are also available. The two balconies offer a panoramic view over the centre of Arabba, over Porta Vescovo, Col di Lana and the Sella Group.

Arabba Dolomites: magnificent and surprising!

A generous region, open to innovations, but caring about its origins… Arabba charms with its fabulous landscapes, surprises with various summer and winter activities and fascinates with its rich Ladin culture that passes on through the centuries the ancient customs and traditions. In winter, you can enjoy Alpine skiing and snowboarding, freestyle in the modern Arabba SuperPark/Funslope Arabba and freeride on the virgin slopes of Marmolada, ice skating and snowshoeing through the untouched Alpine scenery. For thrill-seekers there is a snowmobile circuit.
In summer, Arabba, surrounded by the famous passes of the Dolomites, invites for exciting car, bike and motorbike tours. Hikers are also welcome, thanks to numerous paths and itineraries for trekking, Nordic walking and trail running. Obviously, there is no lack of MTB trails, as well as spectacular climbing and fixed-rope routes in the Dolomites.

Our location

Here, in the very heart of the picturesque village of Arabba Dolomites, surrounded by the fabulous slopes of Dolomiti Superski and by the spectacular hiking and cycling trails, you will find your ideal starting point for exploring the Dolomites without compromising on the proximity to the tourist facilities: restaurants, shops, rental points are literally just a stone's throw away. In the vicinity you will also find the ski schools, a ski kindergarten, a post office, a bank, a children's playground and the new information office of Arabba. Only 150 m separate the Apartments Dolomites from the mountain lifts Burz and Porta Vescovo, open both in winter and in summer and authorised for mountain bike transportation.

Conditions

The prices are per apartment and a stay of 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and include: heating, water and electricity, final cleaning, private car park, bed linen, towels, ski depot with ski boot dryer. On demand beds for babies are available for free. With extra charge weekly linen change. Stay tax not included. The amount of € 1 (stay tax) is calculated per person per overnight stay, for a maximum of 10 days consecutive. Children under 12 years do not have to pay the tax.

The apartments are available starting from 2 p.m. on the arrival day and until 9 a.m. on the departure day. Please contact us if the number of the booked persons changes.

In case of delayed arrivals, earlier departures or free beds we charge the whole rate. An additional charge will be taken for an extra person with the use of the bed. If the check-in will be after 7.00 p.m. please let us know in advance.

The booking is binding after an e-mail confirmation and a deposit of € 300 per week and per apartment. The residual amount must be settled by cash on the arrival day (we do not accept credit or debit cards) or by money transfer at least 5 days before arrival.

At check-in a deposit of € 100 per apartment will be required. This deposit will be refounded at check-out if the apartment is left in the same condition it was when you moved in.

In case of cancelled booking we will not return the deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the whole rate of the stay must be paid.

Please do not smoke in the apartments.

For hygienic reasons dogs are not allowed.
